Bayside Donovan's my horrible experience

People always talk about how racism has come to die, but trust me it has not. One place where you can find racism in action and doing well would be at Donovans in bayside. The restaurant is formed on some sort of hierarchy. Whites on top and the rest on the bottom. Let me first start by telling you about my experience in Donovan's as a employer. I was hired as a busser and the first day of work everyone seemed nice, the environment seemed positive untile the second day when I got to see the true colors of the place. Every male waiter in this  facility is white, but one who worked in Donovans for more then 25 years. He is a Hispanic male who had to wait several years to be given the position and the position was only given to him because they had no one else applying . This guy is the only male brown skin waiter everyone else works in the kitchen. There is one guy a man who is probably 40 working as a busser he gets mistreated everyday and over worked. The first week I worked in Donovans I asked if they can make me a waiter and I explained to them I had experience, yet they told me I would have to wait. In the following 3 weeks I asked once more when they had a open spot they denied it. Someone told me they won't ever give me the position because of my skin color. Every night I worked there I would be over worked and I would get paid 5 an hour with a 10% tip from what a waiter would make ( all whites, but one who waited 25yrs for the position)

Waiter makes : 200
Then they x that by the .10
Giving you $20 which is divided by 2
Two bussers ( Hispanic ) --- leaving them with 10$ each

They don't give you breaks when you work at Donovans special if you are brown working in the dining room. My coworker a Hispanic 40 year old male was exhausted from a double shift so he set to eat in a corner for a minute when management told him to get up and back to work. Every night I saw as they mistreated him. One day I was assigned to aid the bar after a busy night . My duties included restocking the fridge with  alcohol beverages . The white bartender literally pushed me around from side to side while I tried to restock. He kept on screaming and touching me. He pulled a box and threw towards my direction and later called me "fucking useless" . Let me remind you he is a white old male. The second day I told management about it and all they said was " our hands are tied " and I was fired . I was fired for standing up for my rights , but I feel horrible for the poor Hispanic guy that get mistreated in this place . If you enjoy mistreating people or are racist than Donovans is the spot for you. Support racism by dining there.
